Going2theshow respects the privacy of our users and will take reasonable measures to protect it. We will not give away or sell private information such as your e-mail address or personal details.

When you use Going2theshow.com, we will collect information about the type of browser you are using and your IP address. We will also use cookies to store information about your use of the site. This helps us enable certain types of functionality on the site, improve site performance and user experience and gain a deeper understanding of our user base.

When you register for Going2theshow and throughout the life of your account, you will have the opportunity to provide individual information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, phone number, interests, relationships to other people and users and place of work. Non-required fields are entered at your own risk, but will help us provide customized content for you.

Going2theshow will provide you with opportunities to post content to the site. The content of the information that you provide is your soul responsibility. In practice, we will not remove or edit information that is posted by users unless there is, in our sole discretion, appropriate reason to do so to protect the innocent, impede illegal activity or protect the integrity of the web site and our mission. Once you post content on the site, it becomes available for the site audience and we cannot and do not guarantee that it will not be used by third parties in an unauthorized way. Children under the Age of 13

Going2theshow will not accept information from any person under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not register for Going2theshow or send us or our other users any personal or other information about yourself, including your name, address, email address or telephone number. We do not knowingly collect or solicit such information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that we may have information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at admin@Going2theshow.com. If we learn that we have collected information from persons under the age of 13 with verification and parental consent, we will delete as quickly as possible.

We ask that anyone between the ages of 13 and 18 receive permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves to us or other users.
How we use your information

When you register for Going2theshow, you will provide us a minimum amount of required information including your name, email address, account username and account password. We may occasionally use your name and email address and user account to contact you about site usage, new features or offers that you may find useful. We may also contact you to let you know if others have sent you messages through our site or attempted to interact with you in other ways.

We may use the information you provide in your profile internally to deliver information that we think will be most useful to you. For example, if you have listed a favorite baseball team, we may send you information about tickets or services related to the football team in your city. In no case will this information be used in a way that links you personally to your data. In other words, if you list the Chicago Cubs as your favorite baseball team, we may send you information about Bears tickets, but we will not tell the Cubs, Bears or anyone else who you are or what your contact information is.

We may provide data to third parties that describe the demographics or other data from your profile in the aggregate. So, if you list a Chicago address and name the Brewers as your favorite baseball team, you may be counted toward our total of how many users fit that description. However, it will not be linked to you personally.
Links to Other Web Sites

Going2theshow may contain links to other websites through advertising or otherwise. Once you enter another web site, you subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies and disclaimers of that web site as they will be different from our policies. Going2theshow is not responsible for any use, transactions, damages, privacy violations or harm that occurs during the course of use of other web sites.
Third Party Services

Going2theshow uses some third party services to assist in tracking information about our web site usage and users. These services may use cookies and or your IP address in normal conduct of business. However, they are not given your personal information by us. They may or may not attempt to link information to you if you have also joined their services. In other words, we use Google, Inc. to track certain site statistics. If you also have a Google account that you are logged in to when you enter our site they may be able track that and link your use of Going2theshow to you Google account. We do not know and have not discussed with Google whether or not they do this, but we want you to know that if you have provided other companies with information and are logged in to their service when you access our site, it is possible that they are tracking and linking information to your account. Changing or Removing Information

Access and control over the most of your information is readily available through your profile editing interface, which means you can edit or delete such information at any time. If you use messaging or posting features to make information available for others to read, it will, in most cases, not be available for you to change or remove.

Your use of Going2theshow and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change this policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. In the case of material changes made to the policy, we will make the changes here and notify you on our home page or through e-mail. Please refer to this policy frequently so that you understand the current privacy policy. Our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
